It includes everything that is needed to maintain and to rent out your property, from paying the utility bills and annual local tax, placing tenants for short or long term rental, assisting the tenant/tourist fully during their stay. The consist of the following • Free Photographs for rental advertising. • Free snagging service. • Free BULSTAT registration. Actual tax charge is additional. • Free exchanging of the electricity account from devlopers name to yours. • Rental advertising in bansko.com • Weekly checking of the property – all year round. • Regular checks of your inventory. • Payment of utility bills and property tax. Actual bill charges are additional. • Ensure the heating and boiler is switched on (during winter) prior to their arrival and ensure the apartment is ready for guests arriving. • Meet and welcome your guests at your apartment or in other locations by arrangement. • Client notified immediately of any damage caused by rental guests. • Continuous communication with owners. • Ventilation of the property. • Flushing of toilet system. • Switched off water supply when the apartment is not in use. • Any repairs to the property, on behalf of our client, with client’s full knowledge, we will arrange for the appropriate technician (this service is arranged FREE for our gold service clients but please note that cost of repairs are to be paid by client). • You can direct us to set your heating system to a frost setting (if available) to provide background heating should the temperature fall below a certain level when the apartment is left unoccupied. • Property insurance arranged. • Airport transfers arranged with fully licensed vehicle’s (please book and pay in advance) • Represent you for all administrative and legal issues, but NOT for access to your bank account.
